Does this sound familiar?
From the outside, everything looks fine.
You may be the person others rely on. You deliver, you solve problems, you show up. And you may have noticed the cost appearing in quieter places.
- Sleep that does not leave you rested
- A mind that keeps working long after the workday ends
- Less patience with the people you care about most
- Focus that takes more effort than it used to
- A sense that you are running on reserves
If some of that sounds familiar, you are in good company. It is often the sign of a nervous system that has been working hard for a long time, not a sign that something is wrong with you.
A different way to see it
Why pushing harder stops working
High performers tend to be very good at effort. But when the stress response stays switched on, the brain shifts toward protection: attention narrows, reactions get quicker, and sleep gets lighter. More willpower then asks more of a system that is already stretched.
Coaching that works with your nervous system, rather than against it, can help you reclaim the clear thinking, steady energy and presence that made you good at what you do.
How coaching with Molly works
Regulate. Integrate. Optimize.
Each session is 45 minutes, online and focused on your goals. The work follows the three principles behind everything at Integrated Functional Health.
-
01
Regulate
Learn practical ways to settle the stress response during the day, so pressure is less likely to follow you home.
-
02
Integrate
Help the different parts of your brain work together, so focus, emotions and energy support each other under pressure.
-
03
Optimize
Build routines for focus, recovery and leadership you can sustain, including a plan for the busiest weeks.

Who it is for
Is coaching right for you?
A good fit
- You carry a heavy load as a professional, leader, clinician, pilot or first responder
- You are functioning well, and you want to keep it that way
- You want practical tools grounded in how the brain works
- You are ready to meet online, from anywhere in North America
Probably not the right fit if
- You are in crisis, or need care for a mental health condition. Therapy or urgent support is the right place to start.
- You are looking for a diagnosis or medication
If you live in Iowa and therapy would help more, Molly can talk with you about that option on your consult.

Your coach
Molly Hinke-DeWild
Molly is a licensed independent social worker in Iowa and an owner of Integrated Functional Health, with three master’s degrees: a Master of Social Work, an MA in Clinical Psychology and an MBA. Before becoming a therapist she worked in banking and owned and ran businesses, including a consulting company, so she understands professional pressure from the inside.
Molly has also taught organizational leadership and organizational behavior as a college professor and instructor, in bachelor’s and master’s programs, and she has worked extensively with people from many cultures. She designed this coaching for high functioning professionals herself, drawing on all three sides of her experience: business, clinical practice and teaching.
As a coach, Molly brings together her clinical training and her understanding of the nervous system to help high achievers keep their edge without burning out. Her coaching stays within the scope of professional coaching.

Questions
Questions about coaching
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on your goals, performance and wellbeing. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If therapy would serve you better, Molly will say so. Therapy with Molly is available to people located in Iowa.
Who is this coaching for?
Professionals who carry a lot: leaders and executives, doctors and nurses, pilots, police officers, firefighters and others in demanding roles. It suits people who are functioning well on the outside and want to keep performing without burning out.
Can I do coaching if I do not live in Iowa?
Yes. Coaching sessions are online, through a secure telehealth platform, and available across North America.
How long are sessions, and how often do we meet?
Sessions are 45 minutes, online. How often you meet, and for how long, is decided together, based on your goals and your schedule.
What happens on the free consult?
It is a 15 minute phone call with Molly. You talk about what is going on and what you would like to change, and together you decide whether coaching is the right next step. Molly calls you at the number you give when you book. There is no cost and no obligation.
How much does coaching cost?
Coaching sessions with Molly are $150 each, and the free consult costs nothing. Coaching is paid directly. Our insurance arrangements cover therapy only.
