You may read, print and share these pages for your own use. Please use the site lawfully, and do not attempt to interfere with it or with anyone else's use of it.

Nothing on this website is medical advice, therapy, or a diagnosis. It is general information to help you understand our services and decide whether to talk to us. It cannot take account of your own history, and it is not a substitute for care from a clinician who knows you.

Always talk to a qualified professional about your own health, and never delay seeking care, or ignore advice you have been given, because of something you read here.

If you are in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, any time. In an emergency, call 911. This website is not monitored, and it cannot be used to get help in an emergency.

Reading this website, sending us a message or booking a free consult does not create a therapist and client relationship or any other professional relationship. That relationship begins only when you and your practitioner have agreed to work together and you have completed the paperwork and consent for that service.

• Therapy is provided by a licensed clinician to people located in Iowa. A therapist may only practise in the states where they hold a licence, so we cannot offer therapy outside them.
• Coaching and education are not therapy. They do not diagnose or treat any condition, and they are available more widely.
• Medical evaluation, prescribing and dispensing, where offered, are provided by independent licensed medical providers and pharmacies. Whether something is suitable for you is decided at a medical assessment.
• Functional genomics gives information to guide lifestyle and coaching. It is not a diagnosis and it does not tell you what will happen to your health.

Appointments booked through this website are confirmed straight away. Please allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment. Our Cancellation Policy explains what happens if less notice is given, and it forms part of these terms when you book.

Before we change or cancel an appointment for you, we confirm who you are. That protects your information and everyone else's.

Existing clients can reach their own appointments and paperwork through our client portal. Keep your sign in details to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else has them.

How we handle information from this website is set out in our Privacy Policy. Health records created when you receive care are covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices.

The text, images, logos and design of this website belong to Integrated Functional Health or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them for commercial use without asking us first. Photographs licensed from others remain the property of their photographers.

Some pages link to other organisations, including our booking calendars and forms, which are provided by our scheduling and client management platform. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

We work to keep this website accurate and available, and we cannot promise that it will always be free of error or interruption. To the extent the law allows, Integrated Functional Health is not liable for loss arising from use of this website or from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for the care we actually provide to you as a client, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
