Fees and insurance
You should know what care costs before you book it. Every first conversation is free, and session fees are the same whether you meet at our Bettendorf clinic or online.
Session fees
With Molly Hinke-DeWild, LISW
- Free consult, 15 minutes by phone: no charge
- Mental health therapy: $150 per session
- Coaching for professionals: $150 per session
With Matt DeWild, RN
- Free consult, 30 minutes in person or online: no charge
- Coaching sessions for functional health, functional genomics and weight loss: $150 per session
- Integrated Functional Neurology, 30 minutes: $75 per session
Insurance
Insurance applies to therapy only. We are in network with a few select insurance companies, and we submit billing to them for you.
For plans where we are not in network, we partner with Thrizer. Thrizer submits your bill to your insurance company on your behalf, and any benefits you are entitled to under your policy are paid directly to you by your insurance carrier.

Other costs
A few services involve costs from outside the practice. The genetic test used in functional genomics has its own cost, and for peptide therapy or medical weight loss support, any assessment, prescription or medication is provided and charged by independent licensed medical providers. Your free consult explains how that works for you, before you decide anything.
Paying for sessions
A card is kept on file and charged after each session. Please give at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel, as explained in our Cancellation Policy. If something about payment is not working for you, tell us. We would rather hear it early than have you miss care.

How much does a session cost at Integrated Functional Health?
Therapy or coaching sessions with Molly Hinke-DeWild, LISW, are $150. Coaching sessions with Matt DeWild, RN, are $150. Integrated Functional Neurology sessions with Matt are $75. Free consults cost nothing.
